Having been diagnosed as a type 2 diabetic last year, I have been trying to stick to a low carb/low sugar diet. Go Low baking has quickly become an integral part of this. It's really difficult to find genuinely tasty "treats" that don't impact on your blood sugars, but everything I have tried from this company has been delicious and has fitted in extremely well to a low carb routine. So far, I have tried the butter cookies, brownie mix (in which I swapped the optional vanilla essence for orange essence to make a gooey chocolate orange variation), the waffle/pancake mix (try the lemon cake recipe on the website!) and I've got the crepes still to make. I've also had the granola which was much nicer than some diabetic alternatives I've tried, and the ginger bites which are perhaps a little small but extremely moreish. Having seen other comments on Facebook etc, yes you possibly could make your own treats cheaper, but these are so easy to use and so far all products have frozen well so you can batch cook and consume at your own pace. But they are all so lovely that mine don't last long!
